Shalini is a Law Graduate from the University of Calcutta and has been associated with the Firm for the last two years. Although a new comer in the profession, she has been adept at learning court crafts and is a highly spirited professional driven to deliver to the best of her abilities.

She has been assisting her seniors in matters pertaining to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in drafting applications under section 7, 9 and 60(5) of the Code, drawing up applications for submission of proof of claims and involves herself in a great deal of research. She has also gained considerable experience in Constitutional matters before the High Court at Calcutta.

Shalini has also been successfully and confidently handling matters before the trial courts including matters concerning family laws, commercial suits in district courts and cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act and is a trusted and reliable member of the firm.
