Rohit is a “Bachelor of Law from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha with Business Law Honours and Master of Laws in Business Law from Amity University, Kolkata. Rohit has an experience of three years in the insurance and banking sector and is involved with the commercial litigation practice of the firm.

He regularly appears and represents the firm before the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunals, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata and the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.

Still at a very early stage in his career, Rohit has a ever willing interest to learn and adapt with a knack of delivering results and getting the job done. With a sizeable experience in handling matters and advising clients with regard to the proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, he has become an essential part of the team.”
