Patrali Ganguly, is a first-generation lawyer, an alumna of St. Stephen’s School, and a law graduate from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. She has over 3 years of experience in the domain of Dispute Resolution and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta as well as Arbitral Tribunal across the country.

With comprehensive experience in commercial, civil litigation and arbitration, she has represented clients in money recovery suits, specific performance suits, eviction suits, defamatory suits, testamentary suits, declaratory suits and writs. She has considerable experience in both domestic and international arbitration—ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations.

Beyond commercial, civil litigation and arbitration, she has also been engaged in matters pertaining to white-collar crimes including anti-corruption laws and economic offences. She has also been involved in Insolvency matters, with limited exposure in representing financial creditors and operational creditors and defending corporate debtors.

She is adept in legal research, drafting and has demonstrated ability in achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
