Kripa Kami

A highly motivated and academically distinguished Lawyer, Kripa is has earned her LL.M. degree from Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune, and is an honours graduate from University of Calcutta. With a deep-seated passion for the legal field, she is committed to a process of continuous learning and unlearning to stay ahead of evolving legal landscapes. Her practice and academic focus are centred on the intersection of Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, and Intellectual Property Rights.

Kripa assists in various matters, including Corporate and Commercial Advisory, Intellectual Property enforcement, Arbitration proceedings for financial institutions, and Regulatory Compliance regarding Labour Laws. She welcomes the opportunity to apply her knowledge to a broad spectrum of legal challenges.

Kripa’s professional sphere involves conducting intensive legal research and drafting petitions, contracts, and legal opinions across diverse corporate, intellectual property rights and employment law landscapes.

Recognized by the British Council (ISA) and earned High Commendation in Youth Parliament by ASOSNLC organised by the SNLC and Special Mention in UNSC in the Assembly of Nations by BESC, Awarded in the Youth Parliaments by the KVS at the cluster level.

    • Competed in the National Rounds of the 22nd Henry Dunant Memorial Moot organised by THE INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE RED CROSS (ICRC) AND THE INDIAN SOCIETY OF INTERNATIONAL LAW (ISIL).
    • Participated in several DEBATES, ELOCUTIONS and EXTEMPORES and won most of them throughout school life and college life, across India.
    • Presented a research paper titled“Dual Facets of Technology: A Catalyst and a Countermeasure in Child Trafficking” at the National Seminar on Safeguarding Child Rights organized by SLS Pune in collaboration with the Centre for International and Comparative Child Rights, in 2025.
    • Awarded for presenting a comparative research paper on labour standards under EFTA and ASEAN at the SYMROLIC 2025 International Annual Research Conference hosted by Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
