Arjun Asthana leads the firm’s commercial dispute resolution and Criminal litigation team at New Delhi office.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering and read law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Having done various courses from reputed institutions like Stanford University, University of London (OSE), University of Virginia, George Washington University and WIPO Academy, Arjun was made a Member of Editorial Board in International Organization of Scientific Research and Development (IOSRD) in 2016.

His practice includes arbitration, company law matters, Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters, Mines and Minerals Laws, Constitutional Law, Environmental and Energy Laws, disputes arising out of EPC Contracts and other commercial contracts like Debenture Subscription Agreement, disputes arising out of Law of Guarantees and white-collar criminal offence matters. He has also represented and assisted Senior Counsel in matters related to Mining Leases, fly ash utilizations, MoEFs, disputes arising out of Environmental Clearances, land acquisition agreements, disputes arising out of breach of warranties.

He has also rendered opinions on subjects like company law, Contract law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Share Subscription Agreements etc. Arjun is a member of the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre.

Speaker & Panelist at Legal Services Conclave on “Globalization of Businesses: Legal Support & Institutional Solutions” was organized by CII, New Delhi. Mr. Arjun Asthana deliberated on the issues pertaining to “Institutionalizing Business & Commercial Dispute Resolutions: India’s Growth Story” in 2023.
