Arindam Mandal is an Advocate practising before the High Court at Calcutta, with over two decades of experience in litigation, arbitration and commercial advisory. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, construction and infrastructure, property and real estate, corporate matters, and trust and succession. He has represented government departments, corporates, developers, institutions and private clients.

With particular expertise in construction, engineering and works contract disputes, Arindam advises and represents clients in arbitral and related court proceedings. He also advises on property transactions, corporate arrangements and commercial agreements. He has been appointed as an Arbitrator, including by the High Court at Calcutta, and has acted as both Sole Arbitrator and Co-arbitrator in contractual and commercial disputes.

His core practice areas include Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Construction & Infrastructure, Commercial & Civil Litigation, Property & Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial Advisory, and Trust & Succession. His arbitration practice includes proceedings under Sections 29A, 34 and 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Arindam has been practising at the Bar since 2003 and has extensive experience before the High Court at Calcutta, Commercial Courts and District Courts. He has also been professionally associated with Sinha and Company, Advocates, Kolkata, for approximately fifteen years.

His experience includes representing the Government of West Bengal, including its Public Works and Irrigation Departments, as well as corporates, developers, institutions and private clients.

Arindam has developed a broad practice in commercial disputes, arbitration, construction and infrastructure, property transactions and corporate advisory. His experience as an arbitrator complements his extensive work as counsel, allowing him to advise clients across both contentious and transactional matters.
