Aakanksha Sahni is a motivated and detail-oriented Advocate with hands- on experience in civil and criminal litigation across multiple judicial forums. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from JIMS, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Her experience spans proceedings before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, District Courts, RERA, NCDRC, and NCLAT. Aakanksha is presently associated with a litigation chamber practicing before the Delhi High Court and District Courts. Her professional responsibilities include drafting petitions, written statements, applications, and briefs; conducting detailed legal research; attending court hearings; and assisting senior counsel in formulating litigation strategies. She is proficient in legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra and regularly assists in negotiations, settlements, and plea discussions.

Participated in the Senate Moot Court Competitions (1st to 4th Editions), gaining extensive exposure to advanced legal research, memorial drafting, and oral advocacy on complex questions of law and procedure.
Actively competed in client counselling and mock trial competitions, strengthening her ability to analyse factual matrices, advise clients strategically, and present arguments in simulated courtroom settings.
Completed multiple litigation-focused internships under advocates practicing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and District Courts, gaining early exposure to court procedures, case preparation, and drafting under the IPC, CrPC, CPC, and allied laws.
Contributed to legal research and writing projects on contemporary legal issues, reflecting strong analytical skills and a research-oriented approach to law.
Volunteered with the INA Raja Memorial Education Trust, New Delhi, serving as a tutor for underprivileged children and demonstrating a commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
