Aakanksha Sahni

Aakanksha Sahni is a motivated and detail-oriented Advocate with hands- on experience in civil and criminal litigation across multiple judicial forums. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from JIMS, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. With a strong foundation in litigation practice, Aakanksha is committed to providing practical, research-driven legal assistance while upholding the highest standards of professional ethics. Aakanksha assists in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including civil and criminal litigation, bail proceedings, pre-trial applications, drafting of pleadings and legal notices, and dispute resolution. Her experience spans proceedings before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, District Courts, RERA, NCDRC, and NCLAT. She actively contributes to litigation strategy, in-depth legal research, and effective courtroom support.

Aakanksha is presently associated with a litigation chamber practicing before the Delhi High Court and District Courts. Her professional responsibilities include drafting petitions, written statements, applications, and briefs; conducting detailed legal research; attending court hearings; and assisting senior counsel in formulating litigation strategies. She is proficient in legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra and regularly assists in negotiations, settlements, and plea discussions.
