With an expansive 15 years’ career in Public Interest Litigation and raising concerns of dire need in the society, Mrs. Priyanka Sharma Tibrewal, is a versatile professional with strong focus on delivering integrated solutions backed by an analytical mind. Her strong analytical skills, coupled with formal tutelage, makes her adept at understanding complex commercial and legal aspects of diverse horizons. Mrs. Priyanka Sharma Tibrewal moderated the Seminar on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code organized by the Alliance for Corporate Counsel and Company Secretaries and Golden Antlers. Mrs. Tibrewal has also been awarded in International Business Relations from the Vienna University, Europe.

Priyanka Sharma Tibrewal has been regularly dealing with constitutional matters, Public Interest litigations, Company matters, matters relating to Direct and Indirect Tax, Criminal matters, Land and property disputes, Intellectual Property cases, cases in connection with Environmental Law and Cyber law. Mrs. Tibrewal is further well versed in drafting of Commercial Contracts / O&M / Mergers / Real Estate Agreements /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act / Corporate Guarantees / Vendor Agreements / Franchisee Agreements / Logistic Services Agreement, Legal Documentation, MOUs etc. 

She also has ample experience in appearing as arguing counsel and also as briefing counsel to Senior Counsels in numerous Civil, Criminal, Company and Constitutional matters before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Calcutta High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and various District Courts.

Mrs. Tibrewal has been pioneer in handling matters of child and human trafficking, raising issues of riots and violence such as the Raniganj riot case before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Purolia Murder case of Bhartiya Janta Party workers and Manish Shukla Murder case before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, and the 2021 post poll violence case in West Bengal.
