Pathik is based out of the firm’s Kolkata office. He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Business Law Hons.) from the School of Law, KIIT University.

Pathik began his legal career in New Delhi, where he gained valuable experience working with prominent advocates, Advocates-on-Record (AOR), and leading law firms. He brings a strong background in insolvency and bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution, offering clients strategic and effective legal solutions.

Pathik has a broad-based practice with a strong focus on insolvency and bankruptcy litigation and advisory, consumer and commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. He has been actively involved in some of the most complex debt resolution and restructuring transactions, providing strategic counsel to clients across various sectors.

Pathik has advised and represented a diverse range of clients, including creditors, debtors, guarantors, resolution applicants, directors, and insolvency professionals. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), as well as before Committees of Creditors and Stakeholders Committees in matters related to insolvency, liquidation, and debt restructuring.

Known for his hands-on approach to case strategy, documentation, and courtroom advocacy, Pathik specializes in high-stakes contract disputes, insolvency proceedings, commercial disputes, and business-related claims. His ability to craft effective legal strategies and his meticulous attention to detail make him a trusted advisor in complex financial and corporate litigation.

Pathik is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination.

He regularly represents clients from various sectors before different judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including High Courts, Tribunals, District Courts, and Arbitration proceedings.
